Inspired by the concept shown at EICMA in 2024, this exhaust has been designed to seamlessly integrate with the bike's lines. Constructed in one piece from high-grade stainless steel and shaped through the use of high-end technology, with the catalytic converter welded in the headers. It is finished with a handmade carbon-fibre cover, which incorporates the outlet with a honeycomb exhaust protection and an Akrapovič logo in red and white.

Focus was placed on optimal throttle response and performance during development, which has resulted in a power increase of 0.8 kW (1.1 hp) at 9,200 rpm and a torque boost of 0.6 Nm at 8,500 rpm when compared to a Yamaha MT-07 with a standard stock exhaust system and tested on the Akrapovič in-house dyno. Weight is reduced by 28.6% (2.2 kg) compared to the standard stock exhaust system.
Delivering a deep and sporty sound, this full system is EC/ECE type approved and Euro 5+ compliant. It has been designed so that it can also be mounted in combination with the original Yamaha centre stand and engine guards.
