This newly designed exhaust is built from lightweight race-proven materials, featuring a carbon-fibre muffler sleeve, heatshield, and clamp, a titanium end cap, stainless-steel header, resonator, and link pipe, plus a black-coated aluminium bracket. It reduces weight by 39.6% (3.2 kg) compared to stock.
The exhaust is rerouted to the right side for a racing look, with a carbon-fibre heatshield for protection and style. It boosts power and torque by 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm, tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a stock Suzuki GSX-8S. A resonator in the link pipe delivers a unique racing-inspired sound without sacrificing performance.
Compatible with the original Suzuki soft case set. On Euro5+ models, installing this system triggers the check engine light, requiring ECU remapping.

Alternate routing of the exhaust places it on the right side of the machine (the standard version goes under the bike), resulting in a more racing style, and the carbon-fibre heatshield provides protection from heat and an attractive final touch. It offers power and torque increases of 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm, respectively, when tested on the Akrapovič dyno and compared to a Suzuki GSX-8S equipped with the standard stock system.
